Founded in 2011, it was developed as a part of WARM Training Center's deconstruction efforts and was kickstarted by job training through Detroit GreenWorks solutions job training collaborative which includes Southwest Solutions, WARM Training Center, Henry Ford Community College, The Greening of Detroit and the Department of Workforce Development.
