Happy Frog Michigan, Inc. ("happyfrog" or "we") posts the following happyfrog Privacy Policy.

What we collect

To participate in some happyfrog site activities, site visitors are required to register as members with a valid email address, a username, and choose a password. Other information including phone number, blog address, web site address, postal mailing address, is optional.

happyfrog collects information about site usage as an aggregate. happyfrog site visitors are logged anonymously while happyfrog member's usage is tracked by username. Happyfrog may leave a "cookie" on site visitors web browser to assist in tracking within the happyfrog site.

happyfrog also collects "user created content" submitted by happyfrog members including reviews, directory entries, questions and answers, blog comments and any other feedback delivered by contact form or email. User created content may be used by happyfrog (attributed to the author's happyfrog username) in outreach, publicity, and advertising without compensation.

What we'll do with your info

happyfrog will use your personal information to send you happyfrog-related materials including announcements and newsletters via e-mail and/or postal mail. We may also use your personal information to contact you regarding special promotions, focus groups and contests.

What we will not do with your info

happyfrog will not sell, give away, trade, release, share, or distribute information to any company, organization, agency, or person without prior consent.

Opting Out

You may opt-out of all email correspondence by using the link included on each e-mail message sent by happyfrog or by sending an email to: info@happyfrogdetroit.com, subject line "Optout"

Business Listings

All business and organization listing information - whether entered by happyfrog, happyfrog contractors, or happyfrogdetroit.com site visitors - are created from publicly available information and posted as a community service at no cost, "as-is" without warranty for accuracy. Claimed businesses and organization may make modifications to listing information. Concerns, including alleged misrepresentation, will be investigated by happyfrog.

Security

happyfrog takes all reasonable technical and administrative precautions to protect the integrity of the personal information and prevent unauthorized access, alteration, or misuse of personal information.
