If a business or organization has a sustainability initiative or has embraced socially responsible or healthy living principles, they belong in happyfrog. We suggest that you DO NOT respond immediately, but rather sleep on it and invoke the 24 hour rule to lessen the possibility of writing something you may come to regret. (How many times have we written an email in the heat of the moment, only to wish we had waited to reflect and place things into better perspective?)
