Our produce is organically grown without the use of pesticides or herbicides, but we suggest you wash all produce before consumption. The soil in our fields is built up with organic material such as compost and winter rye. Unlike the large farms in other states that use chemicals to enhance their crops (grocery store produce), we believe in letting the earth do what it does naturally.
